We are currently Looking for Two teachers for both Yellow and Red Dorm! There are many requirements that you will need to fill, we can't just have anyone be a teacher now can we?
First thing First! Teacher is not as easy as you may think. Trust me it takes a lot of work to be a teacher and is real easy to get cut from, if not performed correctly. If you can not be on the forums very often, you can go ahead and stop reading. If you have an attitude problem, then your train ride to teachers Island has just made a complete stop at student city.
Saying that you are still reading you have made it past the most important rules of being a teacher.
Let me tell you a quote I want you to remember "A Great Leader is a Great Follower." So what does that mean you are asking? Well if you cannot follow instructions, how can you put them in place. Now yes there is also a saying "Some rules are ment to be broken" Well not here. Think of it like this. I am the Don of this site, and what I say is the final answer! Now don't take it personal, but a kingdom without rules is just a choatic village. If you think I'm being to strict then you can join/create another site, because your most likely not going to help move us forward.
You sayed it's not that hard being a teacher? Prove it to me as all I ever see teachers do is give us work, talk nonsence and just bother us.
Well let me say, it's not easy making work to just give out...They have to plan what will help you as the student move forward into success. It takes time getting to know everyone of your students,and continue as more come and go. They also have to log on and post a new Assignment every week. They have to be active a lot. Which means logging in atleast every other day.
