Tempest is probably the most helpful dragon in the deck because it can search any "Dragon" in your deck.
Etc. Darkness Metal Dragon
If they are ever banished you can add a dragon of their element from your deck to your hand
You can summon them from the hand or grave by banishing two dragons or two monsters of their matching element.
After your opponents end phase after special summoned they return to the hand
You can only use one effect of ex: Tempest per turn so no you will not get two searches if you baish two tempest etc.
Soul Drain is their ENEMY
Optional support monsters:
Koa'ki meiru dragon would work well with the deck : Good against Dark
Masked dragon - Good for protection and getting out Blaster easily
Golemn Dragon - Good protection
Exploder dragon - For destruction
Flamvell guard - for Synchro summoning if you want
Gold sarcophagus is really helpful because when a elemental dragon is banished by any means you are able to add a dragon of their element to your handReturn from the Different Dimension is the only trap you need to OTK

Great combo if your using the LAD build:
A "baby" Dragon's effect -> Discard it & Eclipse Wyvern -> Make a Dragon Ruler -> Eclipse Wyverns effect to banish LAD -> Activate Dragon Ruler's effect from hand -> Banish "baby" Dragon & Eclipse Wyvern -> Special Summon Dragon Ruler in hand -> Get Eclipse Wyvern's effect to add LAD to hand -> Overlay 2 Dragon Rulers for Mecha Phantom Beast Dracossack -> Detach from Dracossack to Special Summon 2 tokens -> Pitch tokens to Special Summon LAD
